Diffrence between servuo and runuo

Hello guys been away from this stuff for quite some times whats the diffrence between u guys servuo and run uo ?

Basically ServUo is more updated and continually being advanced and worked on, As where RunUO is no longer being developed from my understanding.

From what I understand, RunUO is still being developed, but it has closed development, rather than open. It tends to be developed a lot slower because of this.

At the top of the page is the "SERVUO REPO" link. That takes you to GitHub, and on the right side you click on Clone or Download, then "Download Zip".
