Disable Trammel spawners excluding New Haven.

Any ideas how it can be done with commands?

Perhaps setting all trammel ones to inactive, then using the range command extension while in the middle of new haven to activate the haven ones?

Is it possible to global change MinDelay but only for those spawners where now is less than a minute?
