Queens loyalty and friend of termur on a server?

All of this is enabled by AccountGold.Enabled = Core.TOL in the CurrentExpansion definition.

So, in CurrentExpansion.cs, change AccountGold.Enabled = Core.TOL; to AccountGold.Enabled = false;

so i looked over the post to remove the Kill/death ext. but i cannot seem to figure out how to complety disable to system i don't want to use the queens loyalty at all
