Not sure if this is where to ask for help on this but here we go. i wanted to get my shard up and running so folks can join, is there a site to use other then UOGateway?

AFAIK it's the only "reputable" site. There are others but they're poorly maintained or charge money to be listed higher and are littered with ads and popups.
