How do I add the name Newbied to the tooltip when any item has LootType = Newbied?

Currently, when we hover over items with LootType = Blessed,
it always appears in the tooltip.

I'd like to do the same for Newbie items.

While searching here, I also found this solution.

I forgot to mention that I'd like a solution that doesn't require cloning existing items (which is a lot of work) or directly editing the core.
Following the criteria above, I'd like a solution that's simple and quick to implement.
Is this possible?
