How Do I Install Fiddler ????

ok searched all over I have fiddler on My desktop now does anybody have a link or a tutorial on how to install it and get it to working ???? I would like to edit a few things in shard and I cannot get fiddler to work Im wanting to add and or find clilocs #s Im running a JustUo Shard last release

2nd post download the converted UOP folder- I added this in my game client and also uo fiddler folder https://www.servuo.com/threads/pandoras-box-source.4522/ when you open fiddler I use the default profile
Now once open click on Setting top/left point to your game client path settings- you might have to close and open again after this
when You click on the tab which your using give fiddler a few minutes to load
