I have read this post. What I want to know is how to implement this custom toolbar? Or is there a script download?

I do not believe it is available for download anywhere that I've found so you would have to recreate it yourself. But yes ever since I saw that I have wanted it to haha.. It's more of a toolbar that combines the functionalities of several other scripts.
