How to figure out item ID?

I tried googling to figure out item ids, i want to add some spells/scrolls for sale to the SBMage but i don't know the item ids and can't find them anywhere, much help appreciated

Type [props or [get itemid then target the item you want to know about.

You can also search to find them with Fiddler.
