HP set to 150 after logging out with over 300

Every time I log out and log back in my hp gets set to 150. My strength is at 150 so that explains the 150 hp but it isn't taking into account my hp bonus from gear and the hp I had when I logged out.

I have changed the max hp you can have to like 400 or something like that from hp bonus gear but its not registering in the server when logging back in (It works when you're logged in perfectly fine I've had 330+ hp so far) this makes the server feel broken anyone have any idea how to fix?
 
I cannot replicate this issue with just logging in and out, but I can replicate with a server restart.

Are you sure it's happening on just login/out?
 
yes only when I log out. any log out or loss of connection results in hp getting set back to 150 and then it's stuck there unless I move a piece of armor off and on

I didn't log what I did in my notes for these edits either.
