Joeku's Command Toolbar binding a new command

Anyone know how to bind new commands to Joeku's Command toolbar? Haven't had any luck finding internet resources with instructions.

nvm i figured it out you just click in the command area and type in what you want. So ez I couldn't figure it out duh!
