Hi,

I'm looking for a good map making tool that works with the newest client. I'd like to replace Felucca with a custom map.

If you make a map from scratch, I mean by drawing it, you need UO lanscaper or Dragon Mod. These are two programs that generate mul map files from bmp images. You will then need a tool such as centered, centered+, mulpatcher and so on to edit the map. Put all these program names into search, there is a lot of information on this forum.
