Navrey not spawning

how do I get Navrey to spawn, I can not find a controller and cant do a .add to make one.

It said it is marked not construct able.

Very strange hopefully some one can help this is all I found Scripts/Services/Underworld/Navrey's Lair/NavreysController.cs
