new art won't change

i'm using UOfiddler (with uop) and i've tryed about four times now to change the art using this tutorial

and every time i add new art go threw all the steps slug threw it all.
the art i added dissapears and changes to art that is already in the game.

any tips?

so i've gotten a step further. it loads properly in fiddler now. but ingame it comes up as "unused" and won't give me any thign else

From what I have read- with the higher clients containing uop- you would need to change them from uop to mul then back to uop
