New Player Items In Bank

I remember reading somewhere that there was a script you can edit to add items to a new players bank account, like items to help each new player that creates an account, I cannot find the information now.. can someone point me in the right direction? which script i have to edit? Thanks!

This is the one that I use and it is great. I set one to give to each player and I set a second one that is one per account so the first character created is the only one that gets the items in the second one. It is easy to use. https://www.servuo.com/threads/pandoras-gift-box.3828/
