Hello everyone. I'm new to this but love UO and the last few shards I had played on got shut down since I played solo for the most part anyway figured I would host my own. So I set my data path however still getting compile errors.

Can anyone help tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Welcome to ServUO!

You don't need to edit the DataPath.cs file, you should edit the appropriate Config/*.cfg files to set up your shard.

Which Configs? Sorry I'm following an old guide as the quick start link from servuo takes me to a no longer active page.

Apparently it's giving me wrong information.

The old wiki was severely outdated and has been archived.

All of the config files can be found in the /Config directory.

Start with Server.cfg and work your way through the other config files until everything is how you like it.
