Pets are not permitted in this location

Hello. Going South from the Black Solen Hive that is North of Britain I was traveling. When I came to the location you will see attached, which is just outside of Britain I received a message "Pets are not permitted in this location. Your pet named a horse has been sent to the stables." "Mounts and flying are not permitted in this area". Seems like a strange spot to receive this message is all. Just seeing if it is a valid mechanic. I appreciate your time.

I'm guessing that is Blackthorns castle across the water. Blackthorns is a no pet area. I would guess the boundary for the castle includes that area. Whether it should is another question. I wonder if it does on the real uo?

eta: I just checked on my shard, and it does it there too. Now to answer if it does it on real uo lol.

eta again: I just checked on real uo and it doesn't do it on there. Maybe move this to bugs.
