Power Scrolls - no drop for 120's

Hey everyone not entirely sure what the dealio is with this script. I have gone through in about a dozen times, so far my players are complaining that they haven't seen a single 120 power scroll drop. Now, I could be wrong but they are only doing coon in mass runs so that may be the problem. But can someone review this just in case I am overlooking some kind of coding that prevents it from dropping?

If it's the stock script it works fine. Sometimes it just is random and bad luck.
