The property ProximityActivated keeps switching itself to false when ever I open the spawner. I found a way around it tho, I just set the playerproperty to hits > 1. Then the proximity Range to whatever.

Any ideas on why it does not want to stay on true?

It has been a bug in Xmlspawner since Arte's last, stable release. No one ever addressed it. If you set a ProximityRange to anything other than the default, the Xmlspawner IS set to ProximityActivated/True (you just don't see it shown in the gump).
