Question about Weapon Ability and Spell

Hi community i have 2 question about Real OSI Game Dynamics :

- If i had a Spell Precasted on my Player, Can i Do a Wepon Ability on Monster ecc ?

- If i had a Weapon Ability Activated on my Player, Can i Cast a Spell on Monster ecc ?

Can someone with OSI Account test this 2 Game Dynamics Pls
