Region Editor 2020 - edit/create new regions in your Region.xml file

This is a Region Editor I edited to be resizable(bugged: you must scale in/out for the map to redraw to the new size)
I also edited the spawning page to populate a dropdown list from a MobilesList.txt file that can be generated from your server files with a scripted that i modified from the GenGameDocs command.
I also made a Default region that i use for spawning.
