Remove imbuing resource drop?

Hello!Just asking if its possible to completely remove imbuing resources from mobs,i think it need changes on regions but not sure.

In Skills/Imbuing folder there is a file called "ResourceDrops.cs" which initializes and controls drops for Imbuing resources.
