[Request] Can anyone create a tutorial to host on cloud?

Hi there!
I'm going to host my small and friendly shard on a cloud service.
My experience running and setting a server comes from hosting on my desktop, so i'd like some help to setup:
- Windows server 2008 R2 is compatible with .net 4.5 - is it ok?
- Can i use 512MB memory or 1GB is the minimum?
- 30GB of space (this one seems ok)
Also, what programs should i upload? How to run from there?
Thanks in advance for any help, i'm sure a small tutorial would help a lot of folks!
 
Well it depends the size of the server..

servuo using no spawns start up runs around 85 to 95 memory that is just you logged in.

spawning just one map will require about 300 mgs of memory and once people login and start doing things this will begin to jump.

you will need at least 2gbs of memory just to run a small one map shard.
 
Oh damn, more than 2GB of memory is impracticable here (Brazil). We have one of the worst cost/service relation in the world...
Cloud service + win server 2008 R2 + 2GB memory and 50GB space costs something like US$ 29,99 (with luck) :/
