I have 3 players that have, been trying for a long time to get the scrappers compendium recipe from doing the quests. They are all reporting that they get the same recipe as a reward every time. Which is the Essence of Battle recipe.
So is this a bug, or is the scrappers compendium recipe just super rare?
I looked through their stuff and they all have dozens of essence of battle recipe scrolls. (I don't think they are not telling the truth lol)
I have looked through the scripts trying to figure out why it would only be dropping the same one scroll in the craftsmen satchel but I can't find anything pointing to the problem.
