seeking help with placement of items and npcs

i am runnin the servuo with razor and for example in a lot of areas where i go through to add say an item or a npc they are being placed under the world how would i go about fixing that? also in the list of options to add things i see no option to add armor or weps clothes if i could get a bit of assist on why

Have you fixed Config/DataPath? Also what is the patch number of you game client?

this is what i am usein for the data path i have the server up and running and everything but what i am tryin to figure out is why are my items or npcs that i place going under the world and also why do i have no options for gear ( also not sure what to look for when u say patch number of game client?)

You copied and pasted the url of your game client? wondering since it is exact to the one shown in datapath.
Your login screen right under where you add your password- will show a number there-this would be the patch number for your game client
