Signing into server

Most of my players can sign, but one of them got a cliloc error today.
How do we fix this?

In the [who gump, check what client version he is using, if it's the same one as the server, either he has wrong clilocs, or you have custom files that you need to distribute. If you modified no clilocs on you server, then it's the fault of your player for not using the right version.

cant be clilocs, I have no idea how to do that anyway.

If it is just one player having that issue, and you do not have a custom cliloc file, then he will have most likely a broken cliloc file
