Simple Shard Creation Service?

Hi all,

Firstly, I apologise if this is the wrong place to ask.

I'm looking for someone to set up a simple UO shard for me. I can compensate for their time. I can moderate when it's live I just want help with setup and maybe some pointers. Does anyone know if this service exists?
