Custom SkillCap Commands

SetAllSkillcaps [value]
- Sets all skills cap values to the specified value, if not defined it will load the value from the config.

SetTotalSkillcap [value]
- Sets the total skills cap value to the specified value, if not defined it will load the value from the config.
- this needs the decimal value.

example:
[settotalskillcap 8000
this would equal a skillcap of 800.0


the commands can be used directly, but or with other modifiers like global.
