OK. So, the only background I can give you is that this DOES happen on a complete copy of a shard where this does NOT happen. Second, the number of warnings seems to be much greater if I have just loaded new XmlSpawners using [XmlLoad.

Yes, I have googled it. Yes, I have checked the official XmlSpawner web forums. Yes, the warnings go away when I do [XmlUnload and verify that all spawners and mobs were deleted.

I am bringing this here because I think this is the best place for UO support. If anyone has seen this before and knows what the problem might be, please let me know.

Usually these type of messages are triggered when something in Serialize triggers some world altering state to happen. I would suggest looking into any recent serialization changes you have made if you haven't already.
 
This happens on any shard where I have fully or largely spawned the world using the latest XmlSpawner with no customization.
