Soul Ripper - sword katana legendary

This is one of possibly a number of Artifact Weapons I was thinking of creating.

- Their aim would be the 'solo' adventurer, where a handy dandy super strong artifact could turn the tides.

This one is a super light, super strong Legendary Katana called the "Soul Ripper"

Thoughts? Suggestions?
