Thanks to StaticZ (Quintessence Developer), I managed to use EssenceUDK to converted UOP file to MUL, resize MUL and finally get back to UOP.
I did this in order to use the newer version of CentrED+ that runs with UOP files.
When I used the UOPPacker plugin within UOFiddler 4.6 the entry count of the output files was smaller than the OSI version, so CentrED+ could not verify the file and run the server.
After using the processes shown in the video below, I could finally use my UOP files (converted from edited MUL maps)!
