Ultima Art: Unable to read client files

Debian Linux 8, ServUO Repack, everything compiles fine, starts fine, but I get the following error (but shard still starts so I can log in)

Ultima Art: Unable to read client files

This may happen when you've started your UO Client prior to ServUO or there is still another application accessing the files.

It's best to have two copies of UO, one targeted only to run your shard with and the other to play

Got it working.

When I first started this project, I always ran the server as a super-user. But when I used the most current ServUO version, starting it as a super-user produced the errors I mentioned above. But when I started it as a normal user, no errors.

Go figure.
