Hey I've been down this road before and it's a real pain in the but as what I used to do isn't working... I've tried everything even turning off my fire wall and the best I can do is this … 
It doesn't show up in the server either so there is no evidence that I'm even attempting to connect. I can connect locally on my computer but over the internet to this KVM I'm unable to connect at all... But like I said I noticed a few random connections from ips that are not me so connections can be made.
Other people can join the server buy I am crap out of luck lol.
