Where do I find Stygian Drakes in distro?

Distro is publish 57.
According to uo-cah.com, there's supposed to be two Stygian Drakes spawn points in the Abyss, but I couldn't find any manually and using [xmlfind
I also noticed Fire Elemental Renowned spawn point is empty. Is there any special method to spawn these? (and Fire Ele Renowned too)

I also searched for a while. But nothing found.
Stygian drakes must be located at SA mini champ area as you mentioned. I just made it manually.
