I don't see any code that would make this work like OSI I followed them to there base and it seems only thing these do is just send a msg..
So am guessing its missing the code part for them to work.
But after digging though the code for the last couple months I fixed thousands of lines of code that had been missing stuff or not finished.
Just Heads up this only sends msg no real code for it to work,
