XmlDialog Editor - Edit XmlDialogs without being in-game.

This is NOT my software, just adding it here for everyone to be able to access. The author published it on CodePlex, and at the time of this uploaded, CodePlex has notified users they are shutting down the service.

Description:
Use this program to edit XmlDialogs without logging into your shard (Under the Options, you can set your shard login credentials).

I have never used this, but someone requested it and the link was down on RunUO as well.
