XMLSpawner Save & Load to access xml files

When I make a custom quest with xmlspawner, its saving the config file in my server folder.

I know this is wrong because when I load it up on the NPC it won't work when I convert myself to a player and I walk up to it and choose talk. When it should work.

Where do I change the load and save options?

where do i get an xml script for my runuo 2.3 version?
i have installed 2 different xml downloads and none seem to work?

can i change the captions box. everytime i go by guard he throws a menu at me, would like to change that too, change to where i have to click on guard to ask for quest!
