I'm looking to make a 4/6 PvP/PvM AOS server where players start with less supplies than OSI.

Currently Cove has been chosen as the "last stand" location against the infection. New players begin their journey by getting off the rescue boat at the Cove docks. After going through a decontamination process players will have access to what's left of Sosaria. Sadly there isn't much to gain from the land as it's new-found inhabitants have set fire to everything.

Primary objectives for new players will be to establish Cove as a functioning town. By default there will be no NPCs (Yes that also means no banker).
NPC which ALL will be killable will have to be rescued by the players from Infectious cave lords who seem to be relentless in their endeavor.

Once the NPC are rescued you must escort them back to the town. All the while protecting them from an even angrier Ogre Lord who continuously sends undead minions to retrieve their prisoners.

Once the Banker has been rescued you'll soon realize the bank its self must be protected. Sadly this time the foe is inward. Players may lockpick bankboxes (each player will have their own bankbox in the bank vault) Once lockpicked they will have full access to your gold and items within.
Banks are also not linked. What you put inside Brit bank will not be accessible from Cove bank. (You'll appreciate this once things are established and players are more inclined to break in-to your bank)

Mounts are a commodity.

The current timeline is two years after the infection. Wildlife are difficult to come-by.

notice: this is the basic layout of how i want the server to be, however I do not currently possess the skills required to implement such. an experienced c# scripter is highly sought. (no funds to offer at the moment however we can discuss payment when my financials are in order)
