You take two textures you want to create transitions for. They are fill one fill two. You then select the pink areas and switch to fill 1 copy then switch to pink area layer again and paste. Repeat process for blue and fill 2. And you must know how to link textures to land and edit tiledata to make these work properly. I am sorry for being short on explanations. I am releasing this for custom artists with knowledge of art programs and UOFiddler
