-Updated OnTarget, was lacking item checks.
-Added bag drop support (Multi Items)
-Updated int to long for nullable check!
Added a floating max for the chance to get arty, so the system will always be using the current item count on server as a base to calculate the players chance of success!
Also added a reset to player chance once they obtain an artifact, small oversight!
