staff/players to have a quick means of contacting me for issues, bugs or feedback!
This opens the doors to receiving contacts from people that might not know otherwise
where to locate me, which is not my goal, so this npc serves as
a quick link to my profile, with a few extras, nothing crazy!
+Place Wilson in a town or somewhere accessible, treat as a semi interactive mobile, default cant walk!
Reacts to 3 speech commands, Hi, Help and Gift!
