Ability to convert add-ons into static and retain modifications of edited name, hue, light and weight for fast placement of things such as temporary dungeons (think rental areas for player to have there own events) or custom houses that don't require files modification

Just as a side note I have not as of yet tested it with add-ons that include things such as containers or the modified add-ons like I have made that have built-in anvil forge shrine etc at this time however I will make sure if it is able to be done and post the information thereof or make the modifications if it is able to be done to accommodate those
