Just plug in your OpenAI API (get it easy on their website no wait or anything just put a lil money in the system. I've been using it for days and it's only consumed .15 cents of the $10 i put in.)

NOW ONLY THE OWNER can make it talk. All other commotion will be ignored. There is also a 10 second cool down between talking to the api. The bot is production server ready just adjust the bots properties to your liking for balance.
