Area lighting

Hello all,

I was just wondering if there was a means to setting the light level in a defined space? I'm trying to keep the interior of certain NPC buildings lit at night, without cluttering the area with numerous lanterns and candelabras.

I noticed that this allows you to set a light level in a custom region.. but I have never really messed with it, or figured out how to use the "light level" part of it. Maybe you will have better luck!
