i thought it was the !ConsumeRes but it looks like isnt there

i found messages like this one

But i cant find the one that says ' you do not have sufficient metal.....''

When it's a numeric message, it's in the cliloc file (usually cliloc.enu) and you can access it using an editor like Fiddler.
