blank screen after login in my account

Anyone knows why blank screen is happend after login in my account. Please see the attached photo to show the problem.

This sometimes happens when the client can't handle logging in to a area with a lot of items around, or generally when it needs to receive a lot of data during the login process and can't handle it.

It can also happen if you hit the Enter/Return key too fast while logging in (most common cause in my case).

Would this be the first time you have logged into your server? What would your game client patch be at and is your graphics card working correct?

Whenever this happens to me the runuo console throws an error about client ''encryption'' bla bla...
