Hi. I have an old script that is supposed to be inspired by Blue Magic in Final Fantasy 6. Anyway its supposed to be drag and drop. More then likely you are referring to this overload.

Which used to be in Server/Mobile.cs but it appears the ServUO's addition of a new Interface, IDamageable, Has. Broken. A. Lot. Of. Scripts.

In regards to your PM, the Valorite Elemental uses Combatant.FixedEffect. But in ServUO Mobile.Combatant's Type was changed from Mobile to IDamagable and so it needs an added converter.

And others like it would have allowed ServUO to implement their IDamageable change without breaking fifteen years of development-based resources and releases. But they didn't care to provide any backwards support and broke everything. :(

You'll just have to go into each script and alter it. Like MarkovsBardiche is easy enough.

Once you find your missing mobiles/Items you should take a large chunk out of those errors

Where exactly is Quian.cs? I couldn't find it in BME or the core scripts
