Can't Get Any Scripts to Run

Did something change on how to add new scripts to a server? I've made a few changes now and my server doesn't appear to be reading any of the new content I've added. No errors, it just ignore everything new I add it seems.

So, I don't know if this helps or not. But whenever I download the latest copy of the server and compile it, the server console window displays server version 0.0. Build 0.0 etc. It's totally ignoring all changes I make to anything in the entire scripts folder. It ignores my customs, won't let me modify the server name, etc. have an older archived version of ServUO and it works just fine. This new version is bugged I think.

If you're using the newest version of ServUO you have to rebuild the entire server anytime you add or make any script changes. The last version that doesn't require this is publish 57.
