Character Leveling

Not sure if the is the correct spot for this but here goes.

I'm looking for a character leveling script. I went through resources and didn't find anything that resembles it. I also search the site and went to any post that could possibly be it.

If I have over-looked it somehow, please educate me

Most people incorporate a full system that handles race/class/level. It's difficult to answer your question because it depends on what type of level system you want. What do the levels do for the character? Is this in place of skillgains? How do players level up? etc...

Didn't realize or think of it that way.

So I'm look for just a level system for levels only. Each level would give the character a specific item once reaching that level.
Character levels from killing mobs or possibly crafting stuff.
The level doesn't replace skill gains

Did I miss anything?
