Compile Fail on Fresh Download

Went to give the new pub a spin and get this on compile fresh DL:

C:\Users\Gamer\Desktop\UO\ServUO-master>dotnet build -c Release

'dotnet' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

you do not have net core 3.1 installed

thats what is missing

http://www.rawrservers.ca/dotnet.zip has both .net 3.1 for server, as well as whatever weird one UOSteam wants.

just google .netfix and download the latest one... you can try this file as this is the only one on my windows 10 pro dedicated server LOL... i uploaded it to one of my dumb project websites... https://zinemeister.com/VC_redist.x64.exe You can just google the file name if you want the official download.... ALSO you do need to update your .net crap... its two files not one if i remember correctly.
