Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service!
- Respond to help pages and player requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Build and develop strong relationships within our player community.
- Have a working knowledge of most UO mechanics.
- Have a positive attitude!
- Willingness to learn and work in a team orientated atmosphere.
- Able to follow proper bug escalation procedure in the event an in-game bug is found.
- Great communication skills!
